Screen printing and embroidery are our most popular decoration methods. In the designer tool, you will have the option of selecting which method you prefer. If both options are available on your selected item, the tool will default to screen printing. While not every item is suitable for screen printing or embroidery, you can contact our design experts to discuss the best option for your order. Our in-house graphic artists can also edit or create your logo files if you don’t have them print-ready just yet. You can read more below for details on our custom printing capabilities.
Screen printing, to put it simply, is a printing technique which involves creating a stencil (“screen”) to apply layers of ink onto an item. Screen printing is the most cost-effective decoration method for large quantity print runs and works well on products such as our high visibility safety apparel, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies. In the designer tool we display our most popular pantone (screen print ink) colors for you to select, but you will also have the option of entering the specific pantone number you need if it’s not shown. We offer hundreds of different pantone colors! Our design experts can help you with any screen print or pantone color questions you have.
Embroidery is a printing technique involving threads which are essentially sewn in to an item. Embroidered logos are great for items such as jackets, polos, hats, and bags. In the designer tool we display our most popular thread colors for you to select, but you will also have the option of entering the specific color you need if it’s not shown. We have hundreds of thread colors for you to choose from! Our design experts are always available to help you with any thread or color matching questions you have along the way.
